Our mission at Fitbound and in this blog is to create a conversation around healthy living for kids. Whether in school or at home, the idea that exercise and nutrition should be pushed aside or put on the back burner is ridiculous.
Fitbound’s daily goals are three fold:
1. Increase students fitness habits
2. Enhance their cognitive function
3. Create a cross-cultural bridge using exercise to promote unity and awareness
