Walking/Running On Your Own
The current American Heart Association standards call for able-bodied adults to do moderate-intensity exercise (such as brisk walking) for at least 30 minutes on five days each week or intense aerobic exercise (such as running) for at least 20 minutes three days each week.
This is a self-promoting plug, but it's true! Fitbound is free for you and your family and can be streamed to any device you have. There are plenty of other platforms out there as well, and you should use them, as going to group classes to exercise should be avoided.
Plan to get on your bike and ride for 30-60 minutes, 3-5 days a week.
