Exercise During COVID-19
What are you doing to stay active during the pandemic?
Walking/Running On Your Own
The current American Heart Association standards call for able-bodied adults to do moderate-intensity exercise (such as brisk walking) for at least 30 minutes on five days each week or intense aerobic exercise (such as running) for at least 20 minutes three days each week.
This is a self-promoting plug, but it's true! Fitbound is free for you and your family and can be streamed to any device you have. There are plenty of other platforms out there as well, and you should use them, as going to group classes to exercise should be avoided.
Plan to get on your bike and ride for 30-60 minutes, 3-5 days a week.
Yeah thats true..
Jogging, dumbbell exercises at home, swimming. Full body massage. Yoga.
I also try to go to the forest more often and arrange hikes.
