Fitbound Holdings, Inc. (referred to as “us”, “our”, “we”, “FHI”) is committed to protecting and
respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from
you or that you may provide to us when you visit the FHI websites located at www.fitbound.com,
@Fitbound on Facebook and twitter or any other social media platform (the “Sites”), and our
practices for collecting, using, maintaining, and disclosing such information. This Privacy Policy
does not apply to any information collected by us offline or via third-party sites that may be
accessed through hyperlinks on our Sites.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect several types of information about visitors and/or users of our Sites. We may collect this
information either directly when you provide it to us or automatically as you navigate through the
(a) Personally Identifiable Information. ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ refers to
information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name, email address,
telephone number, or school. We will not collect any Personally Identifiable Information
about you unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. You may not be able to engage in
some activities on our Sites if you do not provide certain data to us. If you do not want your

(b) Examples of when we may collect personally identifiable information. We will collect and
process such data about you when you register for a service/create an account, subscribe to
a newsletter, submit feedback, enter a contest, fill out a survey, or send us a communication.
(c) Information we collect from educators. When an educator registers, we collect email
address(es).
(d) Information we collect from children. FHI does not intend to collect any Personally-
Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13, unless otherwise stated at the
time such information is collected.
(e) Information you provide in public areas. You may also provide information to be published
or displayed on public areas of the Sites (i.e. message boards or blogs). The information you
post and transmit to others is at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users
of the Sites with whom you may choose to share your information. You acknowledge and
accept that any submissions to message boards or other public areas on the Sites are
accessible to all third parties, which may use your submissions, including soliciting you. If
you do not want your comments to be viewed by third parties, you are advised not to make
any submissions. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted by you via
communities, forums, message boards, chat rooms, etc.
(f) Other information we collect. We may also collect your Internet Protocol (‘IP’) address and
information about your web browser and application. We use this information to diagnose
problems and/or enhance your experience on our Sites. We may also use this information to
develop utilization data on our Site.
2. HOW WE — USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you provide us with data, we may use that information in any of the following ways:

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

are acquired by a third party, some or all of our assets, including Personally Identifiable
Information and other information we collect, may be disclosed or transferred to a third

private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate: (i) to respond
to claims or legal process (including subpoenas); (ii) to protect our property, rights and safety
and the property, rights and safety of a third party or the public in general; and (iii) to stop
any activity that we consider illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity; (iv) if we have a
good faith belief that we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process; (v) to
defend or enforce our rights or your obligations; (vi) if the disclosure is required by
mandatory professional standards; or (vii) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your
Personally Identifiable Information in order to enforce or apply, or any contracts or
agreement that may exist between you and us including this Privacy Policy and our Terms of
Use Policy.
4. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
You may request deletion of your accounts by emailing info@fitbound.com. We may retain and use
your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements. We will respond to your request to delete within 30 days. When you delete your
account, all of your information is permanently deleted, and cannot be recovered.
5. UPDATING, ACCESSING, OR CORRECTING YOUR PERSONALLY
IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
You can request to review, correct, update or have deleted your Personally Identifiable Information
from our database by writing to us at info@fitbound.com or Privacy Request, Fitbound Holdings,
Inc., 3000 Spout Run Pkwy #C604, Arlington, Va 22201. Please include your name, email address
and a telephone number where we can reach you. To protect your privacy and security, we will take
reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to the personal information that
we collect and maintain about you. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally
Identifiable Information if it changes. Because we keep track of past transactions for as long as is
reasonably necessary, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on our Sites.
In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual
information because of backups.
6. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
When you view the Sites, we may store some information on your computer. This information will
be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores
on your computer (if your web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. The

web sites, which may collect and disclose information in a manner that is different from our Sites.
We are not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through these
third-party web sites, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability related to such collection, use, or
disclosure. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of the other web sites you visit.
Additionally, other companies that place advertising on our Sites may collect information about you
when you view or click on their advertising through the use of cookies. We cannot control this
collection of information. You should contact these advertisers directly if you have any questions
about their use of the information that they collect.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. Changes are effective once posted
on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after such modifications will constitute your: (a)
acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the
modified Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to- date active and
deliverable e-mail address for you, and for periodically visiting our Sites and this Privacy Policy to
